Users who fail to provide verification within the stipulated timeframe may have their accounts suspended until verification is completed.
Daya4d is primarily accessed by users in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. daya4d makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Daya4d strictly prohibits the use of another person's identity during registration. Such conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
Each user is only permitted to own and operate one (1) account at daya4d. Users found to hold more than one account — whether in their own name, a family member's name, or that of any other party — risk having all associated accounts closed and all balances frozen without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your daya4d account password and login credentials. daya4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Daya4d reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Accounts closed due to a breach are not entitled to any refund of remaining balances.
Daya4d accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:
The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level. Deposits that exceed the set limit will be automatically declined by the system, and the funds will be returned to the original source within a reasonable timeframe.
Deposits via e-wallets such as TNG, GrabPay, DuitNow, and Boost are typically credited to your daya4d account within minutes. FPX deposits are subject to each bank's individual processing times. daya4d is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources will not be accepted and may result in a balance freeze.
To process a withdrawal, users must have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process, which includes submitting a valid Malaysian identity card and, where requested, additional supporting documents. For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the required security verification. Withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification, which may take longer to process.
Winnings derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the cancellation of that bonus.
Daya4d reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms, pending the completion of an internal investigation.
All bonuses and promotions offered by daya4d are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective promotion terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount received, depending on the promotion type. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a total of RM 2,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
Bonuses may only be used on games designated as eligible in the relevant promotional terms. Games played using low-value strategies or betting patterns deemed inappropriate by daya4d may result in bonus cancellation without prior notice.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible registered account. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Bonuses received by users have a validity period as stated in their respective promotional terms, typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement within the validity period will expire automatically.
Daya4d offers a wide range of games, including lottery, jackpot slots, Blackjack, Roulette, live casino games, and Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton, cricket, and more). Each game category has its own specific rules, and users are responsible for understanding those rules before playing.
All game outcomes on daya4d are final once a round or hand is completed. Results recorded by the system cannot be altered or disputed on the grounds of personal disagreement with the outcome. In the event of a technical fault affecting a result, daya4d will investigate and determine the appropriate course of action.
In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, daya4d reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the user's account. However, daya4d is not liable for disruptions caused by the user's internet connection or device.
Sports Betting odds on daya4d are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed by the system at a given set of odds, it is binding and cannot be altered. Should a match be postponed or cancelled, the applicable betting rules will follow daya4d's specific policy for each sport.
